Job Title: Day Warehouse Supervisor

Consolidated Paper, a family owned & operated Master Distributor of supplies and disposables to the food service and facility management industries is looking for a Day Shift Warehouse Supervisor. This position will be responsible for assisting the manager in the day to day Warehouse operations. Hours are from 7am to 5pm.

Requirements

Previous warehouse/ distribution experience in a supervisory capacity. One to 3 years. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound trucks for inventory and storage of skids for the dock pullers.

• Assign work to warehouse associates

• Check back orders, supervise replenishment and transfer of product to locations, and verify product locations for accuracy of product placement, maintenance of locations for new item set ups as will as efficiency of picking.

• Audit any outbound shipments

• Coordinate smooth transition from day shift to night shift picking operation

• Monitor productivity and scheduled hours of associates

• Provide coverage in supervisory pool

• Projects as assigned
