• Exit onto Route 87 South
  
• Continue onto 87 South to exit 1 (Brook Ave)
  • At stop sign make a right onto Brook
    
  • Continue through the light (straight ahead)
• Turn left onto East 132^nd street
  
• Continue to 770 on the right
  
  • Just before the 12ft 3inch overpass
    
    
    

From Route 95 South

• Take 95 South to Bruckner Expressway
  
  • Sign will read TRIBORO BRIDGE
    
• Exit at East 138^th street
  
• At end of ramp stay right
  
• Follow past right curve
  
  • You will PASS the entrance onto 87 North
    
  • Make left at light (after 87 entrance) onto St Anns
    
  • Continue straight to East 132ND Street and make a left
